Do you have an idea? Let us know!

The Foundation Grants & Partnerships Committee invites inquiries from — and explores partnerships with — community organizations interested in promoting reading and literacy in the Concord area. A key objective of these partnerships is to engage more residents with the resources available at the Concord Public Library, and promote the role that a strong public library plays in our community.

Small grants (generally from $500 to $4,000) from the Concord Public Library Foundation may be available to support such partnerships, as long as the proposed partnership event or initiative is consistent with the mission of the Concord Public Library Foundation, and grant funds are available.

Inquiries are welcomed and encouraged. A Letter of Inquiry should include:

  • Organization name
  • Contact person [include telephone number(s) and e-mail address]
  • A description of the event or program idea
  • The amount (if known) of grant support needed

E-mail your Letter of Inquiry to the Grants & Partnership Committee. Response to a Letter of Inquiry may take 10 to 14 days.
