Please make your gift now to the Concord Public Library Foundation!

You may have just received a letter in the mail asking for your support of the Concord Public Library Foundation. We encourage you to easily make a donation now through this website. With your gift, the Foundation supports Concord Public Library and a growing number of programs. Your donation makes it possible for the library to keep pace with change. With your monetary gift, the library can bring more programs to more people, to encourage a love of reading throughout life:

    • more community engagement through the Concord Reads program
    • more Books for Babies delivered to newborns at Concord Hospital
    • more teens using library resources
    • more recognition of those who encourage young readers through the Elizabeth Yates Award

The library receives its funding through the city of Concord. Your gift to the CPL Foundation helps the staff to offer even more programs and to stretch its resources even farther. We thank you.

Collect the new Melissa Miller bookmark

Did you know the Concord Public Library Foundation produces and distributes the popular bookmarks featuring the artwork of Melissa Miller?  Feel free to take one when you check out a book at the front desk of the library.  You can also find them at businesses downtown and on Loudon Road.

Melissa Miller is a New Hampshire artist who captures the light and beauty of Concord in her artwork.  You can see one of her canvases at the library.  The reverse side of the bookmark details the Fall/Winter library hours.

Another view of Concord by Melissa Miller will be offered on the Spring/Summer bookmark.
